M38 carbine buckle

M38 Reproduction - wide- actually a look alike, leather is wrong
buckle is wrong, stitching wrong.

M38 carbine - narrow- actually a look alike as it is not
correct in most ways.  Leather is finished, buckle is wrong, stitching is wrong.

Reproduction of sling used on, I think, Type I rifles.
This sling is about as close as you can get to a real one.

I do not have a clue as to what this fits but it is marked with Japanese writing
